Important: Audio Recording Policy
All audio recordings uploaded for analysis are transmitted securely to our servers, processed by our AI, and immediately deleted upon completion of the analysis. We do not store, archive, or keep copies of your raw audio files once the report is generated.

3. User Responsibility

Since CallMila.ai does not store your call recordings, it is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain their own backups and copies of any audio files. Once the analysis is complete and the file is deleted from our temporary processing server, it cannot be recovered by us.

4. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade encryption (SSL/TLS) during the transmission of your data. While your audio is briefly on our server for analysis, it is handled in a secure, isolated environment before being purged.
